A SURPRISING WEB NO-SHOW
Here's a name you shouldn't waste your time searching
for: Mister Ed. The problem isn't so much the almost total lack
of information on the famous talking horse as it is the
overwhelming number of real people named Edward who have
adopted his name. The most frustrating of these: A programmer
who wrote a song about himself, to be sung to the tune
of..."The Beverly Hillbillies" jingle. About the only legitimate Ed
and Wilbur we could locate was a rambling but reasonable
page devoted to the show at
