"GOOD TEENAGERS, TAKE OFF YOUR CLOTHES"

Did Donald Trump really pay off the mortgage of a stranger who helped him fix a flat tire on his limousine? Was Humphrey Bogart really the model for the Gerber baby? Is the preacher in Disney's The Little Mermaid really, well, aroused? The answers to questions like these--usually "no," by the way--can be found at the "Urban Legends Web Site," at http://www.snopes.com This is a very slow site that even bombs occasionally, but it's worth the frustration even if you only get through the Disney Legends section, where, among other things, you'll learn that Walt is not cryogenically preserved, that the aforementioned preacher is not aroused (that's his KNEE you're seeing, you pervert), and that Aladdin does not implore adolescents in the audience to doff their duds (what he's saying is, "Good Kitty, take off and go"--a ridiculous line that almost seems designed to be misheard.
